6. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from ORVIXIO.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

- Payment authorization problems

- Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping, tracking, customs, delivery estimates, incorrect addresses, and delayed or lost packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carriers, severe weather, public holidays, government action, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipping methods stated to be delivered on a DDP basis, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges are included in the price or shipping fee paid during checkout.

Customers should not normally be required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery for eligible DDP shipments.

Sales tax or other destination-based taxes may be calculated and displayed separately during checkout.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, cancellations, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Promotions, free-shipping offers, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
