How do I check whether an organizer will fit?

Measure the space and the items you plan to store, then compare them with the dimensions and compatibility notes on the product page. Check desk thickness for a clamp-on hook, roll clearance for a paper towel holder, and the mounting surface for a wall organizer. Package dimensions describe the box, not the installed product. If an essential measurement or load limit is missing, contact us before ordering.

Will a magnetic holder work on any refrigerator or metal surface?

No. The magnetic paper towel holder needs a flat, magnet-compatible metal surface. Some stainless steel surfaces are not magnetic. Check your intended surface before ordering and allow enough clearance for the roll.

Does one installation method apply to every product?

No. Our range includes countertop, clamp-on, magnetic and wall-mounted organizers. Read the instructions for the specific item; mounting hardware, suitable surfaces and load limits should not be assumed to be the same.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 7–13 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 8–15 business days from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email should include tracking information when available. Tracking can take approximately 2–5 business days to start showing updates. Contact us with your order number if you need help.

Returns and Order Changes

How do I request a return?

Contact support@orvixio.com within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories. Who pays for return shipping?

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange reasonable return shipping or another appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
